Ordering
What is your minimum order?
Most products start at 12 pieces for embroidery, 24 for screen print, and 1 for DTG. We’ll match the right method to your quantity.
Do you offer free proofs?
Yes — every order includes a free virtual proof. Production doesn’t start until you approve it in writing.
Can I mix sizes & colors?
Absolutely. Roster orders typically have a CSV with each person’s name, size, and number — we handle it all.
Decoration methods
Which method is right for my design?
For 1–6 colors and 50+ pieces, screen printing is most economical. For full-color or photographic, choose DTG. Logos on polos/hats are best embroidered.
Do you handle digitization?
Yes — standard digitization is included. We provide the DST file at the end of your project.
What file formats do you accept?
AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (vectors preferred). High-res PNG/JPG also work for DTG. We’ll vectorize raster art if needed.
Pricing & quotes
How is pricing calculated?
Garment + decoration + setup. Pricing improves as quantity goes up. The Design Studio shows live per-unit pricing as you build your design.
Do you have school / nonprofit discounts?
Yes — verified school, church, and nonprofit accounts qualify for institutional pricing. Apply at checkout or contact us.
Delivery
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5–8 business days from proof approval. Rush production (2–3 day) is available for an upcharge.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — anywhere in the continental US. Local pickup is available at our Whittier, CA workshop.
Schools & gov
Can we order on a Net-30 / PO basis?
Yes — we work with hundreds of schools, districts, and agencies on Net-30. Submit your account application at checkout.
Are you SAM.gov registered?
Yes. UEI and W-9 available on request.
Returns
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Quality guarantee — if the issue is on us, we re-make or refund. Send photos within 14 days.
